このたび、FACSコアラボラトリーの新しいホームページを作成しました。

(FACSAriaⅢ・SORPAria) 15ml tubeの利用禁止します。5ml tubeをご利用ください。

利用者各位

SIP部アスピレーターの破損が続いているため、利用状況を鑑みサンプルチューブとして15mltubeを使用することを禁止します。
BDによると15mltubeはFalconTubeのみ適応で、他の15mlチューブではアンロード時にSIP内に引っかかり、アスピレーターを破損する危険があるとの事です。サンプルは5ml tubeでお持ちください。

CytoFLEX SRT, CytoFLEX S を新規導入いたします

利用者各位

平素よりコアラボラトリーの運営にご協力いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたびBC社製セルソーターCytoFLEXSRT(4Laser15color) およびセルアナライザーCytoFLEXS(4Laser13color+オートローダーオプション）の新規導入をすることになりました。

6月17−20日にかけて、搬入・設置作業をおこないます。
この期間中CytoFLEX LX, AriaⅢ−①周辺で作業がありますが、装置の使用は可能です。
使用停止時間がありますので、予約表をご確認ください。

運用開始日・トレーニングなどの日程は後日お知らせいたします。

We are pleased to announce the installation of a new BC cell sorter CytoFLEXSRT (4Laser15color) and cell analyser CytoFLEXS (4Laser13color + autoloader option).

The installation will take place from 17-20 June.
During this period, there will be work in the vicinity of the CytoFLEX LX, Aria III-①, but the equipment will be available for use.
Please check the booking list as there will be downtime.

The start date of operation and training will be announced at a later date.

利用料金算出方法の変更について

平素よりFACSコアラボラトリーの運営にご協力いただき、誠にありがとうございました。

2024年4月より利用料金の算出方法が変更となります。

現行

実際の測定開始から測定終了の時間より30分単位で算出

変更後

予約の開始時刻から測定終了の時間より30分単位で算出*

＊前の利用者の測定時間延長や装置の不具合などにより開始時間が遅れた場合や、予約時間よりも早く測定を開始した場合は実際の測定開始から測定終了の時間より30分単位で算出いたします

Thank you for your continued support of the FACS Core Laboratory.

The method of calculating the usage fee will be changed from April 2024.

Current

Calculated in 30-minute increments based on the actual time from the start of measurement to the end of measurement.

After change

Calculated in 30-minute increments from the start of the appointment to the end of the measurement*.

* If the start time is delayed due to an extension of the previous user’s measurement or equipment malfunction, or if the measurement starts earlier than the reserved time, the time will be calculated in 30-minute increments from the actual measurement start time to the measurement end time.

サポート利用再開について

FACSコアラボラトリー利用者各位

平素よりFACSコアラボラトリーの運営にご協力いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

5月よりサポート利用を再開いたします。
また予約方法を下記の通り一部変更いたします。

予約方法
予約表から装置の予約状況・お知らせ欄をご確認の上、

１．サポート利用希望の日時（複数候補可）
２．サンプルの情報（細胞種、サンプル本数､ソート希望細胞数など）
３．その他ご要望

をご記入のうえ　facs@ims.u-tokyo.ac.jpまでご連絡ください。
予約表への入力は原則コアラボラトリースタッフが行います。
また日時変更など調整が必要な場合は、折り返しご連絡いたします。

セルフユース（技術認定）の利用方法に変更はありません。
お手数おかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。
